A brilliant pale straw with a greenish tinge with lemon-lime zest, grapefruit, crisp pear, lemon-drop, with hint of minerality on the nose / red apple on the palate with pear, a hint of grapefruit zest, and finishing with slight green apple - sealed with a Zork .
